HRDF - Human Resources Development Fund (Malaysia)
a . The company must have minimum 10 staffs and above and registered with PSMB (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad) and pay the HRDF levy at the rate of one per centum of the monthly wages of the employees. b . They are entitled to claim under the training scheme : - SBL Scheme. c . Only applicable for training fee charged by the Consultants. d . Maximum Allowable Claim is up to 100% of the training fee BUT subject to approval. e . The company must submit the relevant information of the training program (i.e Trainer resume, course program, fee) to PMSB and obtain the approval before commencement of the training. f . Upon approval, training can be conducted and the company will claim the fee incurred by submitting the original invoice to the PMSB for rebate. |
